Low Acid Coffee

"I had to stop drinking coffee as it causing stomach issues. I thought I would give NB Coffee Roasters a go as their roasting process apparently results in a lower acidic coffee. The results have been good. I can now drink coffee again. I assessed the pH level of my latte 3 times and the result was a pH level of 6, which is low acid to alkaline. I couldn't get an accurate reading on the shot itself due to discolouration of the litmus paper. A pH level of 6 is excellent news for anyone who gets stomach issues from coffee acidity."
